POST UPDATED 12302012: Here are the top ranking Filipino Films for the year (2012) as of December 12-16, 2012. Since there are no major movements expected in the week prior to the Metro Manila Film Festival that started on December 25th, I think it is safe to conclude this list.  (Source) Convertion is set at $1=P41.

  12. MMFF movies are separated because they have added advantage. During MMFF, no other local or foreign films are being shown in all theaters in the Philippines, only MMFF entries.

  13. This october 31 guys, Suddenly Its Magic with Mario Maurer & Erich Gonzales... A must see movie & highly recommended... Taob ang Praybeyt Benjamin & No Other Woman jan... Same with This guys in love with u mare & The Misress na palabas pa sa sinehan... Dapat my international screening ang movie na toh sa asia, europe at american countries din to! If u want kilig, fall in love over & over & over again and be happy, this is it!Perfect casting, scenery & soundtrack... Wow! kinikilig aq sobra sa trailer palang! hahaha... love it! Congrats in advance star cinema! Two thumbs up! Surely a blockbuster hit ito...

  17. Suddenly it's magic was shown at a time na walang tao halos sa malls because of the undas. I saw it on the 2nd day and the mall was like a ghost town so expect low revenues for the first week. :)

    Will update this list by the end of the week.

  23. The title TOP GROSSING FILM AS OF NOV 4, 2012 is wrong. When you say 'as of', it covers all the period since the cinema started. It should be TOP GROSSING FILM OF 2012 AS OF NOV 4

  28. Kung makapagyabang naman ang GMA na sila ang number 1 sa Pilipinas, eh puro laos naman mga movies nila. Kung talagang number 1 sila, dapat yung mga movies nila pinipilahan ng masang Pilipino. Ibig sabihin lang na ABS-CBN ang tunay na number 1!
